The successful candidate will act as the right hand of the CPO, playing a pivotal role in steering the product’s direction and success, and supporting him preparing top-level client discussions, representative meetings (e.g., at conferences or holding webinars), or whitepapers.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Management 
    • Collect and analyze requirements from internal stakeholders:
      management, operations, sales, marketing.
    • Engage with existing and potential clients to gather feedback and requirements, ensuring that our products meet and exceed customer expectations.
    • Conduct competitive intelligence on their features and functionalities, and future plans.
    • Become an expert in all product aspects (look & feel, flows, features, users, industry).
    • Help translate these insights into the product vision, roadmap and requirements.
    • Create “stories” nailing down the immediate feature and development tasks.
    • Collaborate with development, engineering, product, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth implementation of the product roadmap.
  • Client interaction & public relations 
    • Supporting the creation of marketing content, incl. case studies, whitepapers and webinars.
    • Prepare presentations for key / top-level client discussions.
    • Create appealing and tailored pitch materials / presentations to make the sales team more successful.
    • Support in reviewing and replying to RfPs
    • Help facilitate client workshops (virtually and on-site) if needed.

Requirements:

  • Academic background
    • University degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) in Business, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Professional experience:
    • 3+ years professional experience, preferably in management/strategy consulting
    • Additional experience as Product Manager in a product-first company beneficial
  • Skills and abilities:
    • Profound skills in slide writing and story lining.
    • Proficient analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Able to abstract generalizable implications from specific and complex challenges.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Optional: Technical experience in Engineering, DevOps, SRE and Tech Support
