About The Position
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Director of Product to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong development background, experience working in both corporate and startup environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and execute the overall product strategy in alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
- Lead product lifecycle management, from ideation to market delivery, ensuring a customer-centric focus throughout.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure product success and alignment with business objectives.
- Drive product development efforts with a strong technical and development understanding, ensuring products meet quality and performance standards.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and improvements to existing offerings.
- Partner with the executive team to define product pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the product roadmap innovative and competitive.
- Ensure efficient and agile product development processes are in place, with the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Key Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Product Director, or similar roles, preferably in both corporate and startup environments.
- A strong development background is a must, with hands-on experience in software development or engineering roles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full product lifecycle, from conception to launch.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- A customer-first mindset, with a deep understanding of user experience and product design principles.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a focus on quality and execution.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with both corporate structures and startup ecosystems, with a clear understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in each.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
