About The Position

Quicklizard is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) for our Nordic countries. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, playing a critical role in generating leads and nurturing relationships. With a focus on our cutting-edge pricing optimization solutions, you will engage with prospects to understand their needs and set the stage for our sales team to close deals. Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential leads through various channels including Outbounding, social media outreach and industry events.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and challenges, and effectively communicate how Quicklizard's solutions can address them.
  • Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media to set up meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and manage the sales pipeline using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for lead generation and appointment setting.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in generating high-quality leads and successfully setting appointments.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in an additional language such as Danish, Norwegian and Swedish.
