We are looking for a QA Team Lead to take full ownership of our QA processes across the R&D. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, yet strategic, Someone who can design scalable QA practices while mentoring a growing team and actively contributing to both manual and automated test development. You will play a key role in shaping the reliability and stability of our platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Automated Testing: Develop and configure end-to-end automated tests using SaaS-based testing platforms, ensuring comprehensive coverage of platform functionalities. Leverage these tools to validate real user flows across web interfaces and APIs, with a focus on stability, and fast feedback as part of the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Tool Selection: Investigate, research, and evaluate SaaS-based testing platforms to identify and implement the most appropriate solutions that best fit the platform's architecture, scale, and end-to-end testing requirements.
  • Manual Testing: Perform manual testing when necessary, focusing on areas that cannot be covered by automated tests.
  • QA Strategy & Infrastructure: Define and implement QA policies, strategies, and best practices across the R&D. Build and scale the QA infrastructure to support a robust, efficient, and consistent testing process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with development and product teams to integrate testing seamlessly into the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in QA engineering with a strong focus on automation, and the ability to lead both manual and automated testing efforts.
  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and execution, with experience defining and implementing QA strategies and processes across teams.
  • Hands-on experience with backend validation using SQL and REST API testing using tools like Postman or similar.
  • Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines and experience selecting and integrating testing tools into the development lifecycle.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, including experience mentoring QA engineers and working with distributed or remote teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
