VP Partnerships

Quicklizard is seeking a dynamic and strategic VP of Partnerships to lead our partnership initiatives and build scalable partner-driven sales channels. This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy that drives business growth, enhances market presence, and creates long-term value.
The VP of Partnerships will manage the full lifecycle of partnerships, from identification and negotiation to execution and expansion. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in building and scaling channel sales, establishing strategic alliances, and leveraging partnerships to accelerate revenue growth in the SaaS or technology industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global partnership strategy, identifying and securing high-impact partnerships that align with business goals.
- Build and scale channel sales programs, creating a structured partner ecosystem that drives new revenue streams.
- Establish commercial agreements with resellers, system integrators, technology partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Develop partner enablement programs, including training, incentives, and ongoing support to ensure high engagement and performance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to maximize partner-driven growth.
Anforderungen
Qualifications & Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in partnership development, channel sales, or strategic alliances within the SaaS or technology industry.
- Proven ability to build and scale successful channel sales programs that contribute significantly to revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with a track record of securing high-value partnerships.
- Experience working with global partners, including resellers, system integrators, and technology providers.
- Ability to think strategically while executing operationally, balancing big-picture vision with hands-on execution.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience influencing internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and negotiate at the executive level. Additional languages are a plus.
- This role is a key part of Quicklizard’s management team and will play a critical role in shaping our long-term growth strategy through strategic partnerships and scalable distribution channels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of partner ecosystems in enterprise SaaS, cloud computing, or fintech sectors.
- Previous experience in a leadership role at a high-growth company.
